Karting has long been the training grounds for drivers like Emerson Fitipaldi, Ayrton Senna, Juan Pablo Montoya, and many more. Karting is probably the most affordable form of motor racing available today. The vehicles, known as karts, are relatively safe, inexpensive to race, easy to operate, and can out-perform just about any street legal car.

Karting is open to people of all ages and can be found all over the world. As a result, karting is made up of a seemingly never ending list of varying engines, styles, classes, and rules. Karting101.com hopes to provide you with the necessary information to understand karting and get you started in the sport!

Lot of updates behind the scenes of karting101 happening. Most notable is the new navigation system. It is designed to provide a more organized and compact navigation system and also maximize content area. We hope you like it as much us. Also, huge updates and additions. The site now has a safety specific section, dedicated sections for all age groups, and due to the new navigation setup load times should be even shorter.

This is the official launch of Karting101.com. Karting101.com is a website Sprint kart devoted to introducing karting to potential karters. Karting101.com aims to do this through an extremely indepth explanation of the types of karting, karting organizations, locations where karting can be found, and much more. Karting101.com needs the existing community of karters to help build it's knowledge base. Please, if you have written any articles regarding karting submit them to Karting101.com for review. Karting101.com is currently seeking pictures of karts, this includes oval, sprint, road-race, 2cycle, and 4cycle in all configurations and combinations. These pictures should be owned by you and submitted to us via email attachment for review. Please, stop back frequently! Karting101.com will go through major growth spurts soon!
