The World Karting Association

The World Karting Association boasts being the largest karting oranization in the United States and one of the largest in the world. The World Karting Association has been organizing karting events since 1971. It sanctions events in all forms of karting.

TAG USA

TAG USA is the organization credited to organizing and building the classification rules for what are now the highly succesful TAG classes. TAG USA only organizes just a few races a year, however, their esablished class formula has taken off at nearly every club track in the United States.

Rotax Max Challenge

The Rotax Max Challenge is a special division of karting that has been developed by Rotax to support their FR 125 Engine. This series features specified engines(the FR 125) that must be sealed by authorized Rotax representatives. The purpose behind these rules is to maintain parity between engines and ultimately place more emphasis on driver and chassis. The series uses a unique qualifying structure that begins in many different locations and promotes successful competitors onto the series Finale'. The best three drivers from each class then is allowed to participate in the World Finale'. The Rotax Max World Finale'consists competitors who all qualified through this system and puts them together on a head to head basis for the title of RMAX World Champion. Due to this series efforts to support parity among drivers it is can be extremely prestigious to even make it to the United States Series Finale'.

Commission Internationale de Karting - FIA

The Commission Internationale de Karting is the governing body of europe. It regulates the ICC, ICA, JICA categories and many others. Much of the world races to the CIK's standard. In Europe even the Rotax Challenge is raced under CIK governing. Most sprint chassis' and many superkart chassis are built to the CIK rules and regulations.

Kart Racers of America Triad (K.A.R.T.)

A major karting organization in the middle of North America. KART covers Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, western Missouri, and Nebraska. Their regulations vary from SKUSA, WKA, or IKF. However, KART does utilize TaG USA and RMAX Challenge rules. KART's Southern Sprint Series is a Rotax Max Challenge qualifying series and supports the 5 Rotax Challenge classes. Also, KART hosts two series specifically for sprint racers. These boast being TaGUSA World Finals qualifiers and support three TaGUSA classes. In addidtion, KART has road racing available at the Mid America Road Race Series and some speedway karting in the form of the KART Mid America Speedway Nationals Series.
