Safety in Karting

The safety of the karter has long been a focus point for many karting organizations. Karter safety begins with engineered controls like bumper and is enforced by organizers and perhaps revolves around simple Personal Protective Equipment or PPE. However, safety in karting covers more than just the drivers. It is important to remember that track workers, race team members, spectators and many other people are experience hazardous conditions at the track.
